Effective Date: 12/03/2025

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Client” or “End User”) and MultiTC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for the use of digital products, creative assets, or services (collectively, “Creative Works”) delivered by the Studio.

By purchasing, downloading, or using our Creative Works, you agree to the terms of this license.

1. License Grant

Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to use the delivered Creative Works for personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Ownership & Copyright

• All Creative Works are the intellectual property of MultiTC until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, ownership of final custom assets (such as logos or designs) is transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed.
• We retain the right to display work in our portfolio, website, or promotional material unless a signed NDA prohibits this.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of unaltered or AI-generated works not intended for resale.
• Use the Creative Works in any illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive material.
• Alter the work in a way that misrepresents our authorship in derivative commercial works, unless explicitly allowed.

4. Revisions & Modifications

• Your purchase includes the number of revisions stated in your service package.
• Major redesigns or post-approval changes may be subject to additional fees.

5. Templates & AI-Generated Assets

For digital templates, AI-generated graphics, or downloadable assets:

• You are granted a single-user license unless a multi-use or commercial license was purchased.
• You may modify and use the content in client projects, advertising, or branding.
• Mass production (e.g., merchandise) or resale requires an Extended License.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use or misuse of the Creative Works.
• Copyright issues if the client provides third-party content without proper rights.

7. Termination

This license is terminated automatically if:

• You breach the terms of this agreement.
• Payment is reversed, refunded, or charged back. In such cases, all rights to use or display the Creative Works are revoked.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
